Practice Policies and Procedures
Office Hours
Our office hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Patients are seen by appointment only, except in emergencies.
Emergencies
Dr. Versman or his answering service can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Cancellations
Your appointment is a time reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you let us know as far in advance as possible so we may give that time to another person.
Fees
Our fees are based on a number of factors: the level of skill required to successfully treat complex problems; the amount of time involved for treatment; the quality of our personnel; the number of services we provide; our facilities, our equipment and continuing education. Fees will be openly discussed with you at the time of treatment planning.
Payment Policies
We will be pleased to make financial arrangements with you which are comfortable for both of us so you may obtain the care you need.
Insurance
If you are fortunate enough to have dental insurance, we will assist you in approximating the coverage you have available and file the claim for you. If your insurance company requires you coverage to be pre-authorized, we can process that for you as well.
