take time for tap
Enrique is introducing the next act of a talent show that's performing in front of a big group of people in some home. He says that Rumki and I are going to do a tap dance. At first I'm too shocked and nervous to do anything, but Rumki seems excited, so I go stand in the middle of the room with her. She's taken tap dance before, but I have no idea what I'm doing. We spontaneously improvise a performance art show using the lively jumpy leg movements of tap. Somehow I start working with a plate of food that's in front of me. I'm squatting down on the floor arranging the sticks of cheese, fruits, etc. to spell a phrase. One word says "time," but I rearrange it to spell "take."
