Summary:
The Election Amendment of Inference

(passed, 249 A.D.)


The following Amendment was added to the revised Cee-Constitution on the twenty-seventh of April, in the year two hundred and forty nine A.D. (After Dolly).

Article One, Section One:

That due to the growing decline of political interest and election participation; and the recent ease with which elections have been rendered uncleat both by the uneducated votes of dimmers, and through alteration of election votes post facto by Macks*, the following policy shall be instigated: that in the course of any and all elections,

voting shall no longer be directly implemented by the citizens of Am;

rather, the superCOMP system shall extropolate from a comparison of the data of each individual's PAP (Preferences And Personalities) profile with those of the candidates', the direction of his or her voting inclination.

That with this process, each individual's vote shall be accurately cast and analyzed; and in the case that any such individual consists of one or more personalities as defined in the Multiple Personality subsection of the Bill of Psychological Health, the PAP profiles of each such personality existing within the individual shall be averaged together to elicit a summary PAP profile; this shall then be compared with the candidates' PAPs in the same method as described above, in order to elicit one vote.

That votes shall be ranked according to cee-status in the following way: that C-8s and above, unless they are of Beyonder status, or their deaths have been unquestionably legal and cleat with regard to the Cee-Constitution Laws, shall be unable to vote without documentation of a corroboration of their character by either a Beyonder or a Cee-Fiver or below who is of an age not exceeding their numerical cee-status number multiplied by eight.
