Malcolm wants larger breasts

I'm in the living room of John's house, standing near the kitchen. Veronica and her family are all here. I hear Malcolm crying; I look over and see him sitting on the brick mantle area with some other people. He's a young girl. He is upset because he doesn't have big breasts. I think it's difficult for him since the rest of the women in his family are well-endowed.
