Welcome to Swarthmore Women's Rugby Club!

We are a DIV 3 team here in southeastern Pennsylvania. We are all about taking a break from our crazy lives to have fun playing good, clean rugby with a fantastic group of women.

Our number one priority is to have fun playing rugby! But we also take ourselves seriously on the field. Just in the past few seasons we have significantly improved our playing and have made great strides toward a fantastic season. We are very proud of what we have accomplished and are excited to build on it!

We are always looking for more women to play! There is no need to know how to play rugby. Or even to know what the sport looks like. In fact, many players start out in college with no prior exposure to the sport.

This website is both for our Rugby Alums as well as our incoming recruits. Alums can look at old pictures, keep track of past teammates, and find out how the current ruggers are keeping their traditions alive! Recruits, feel free to explore every aspect of this site and get a feel for what our team is all about. We hope this comes in handy as you explore the idea of becoming part of the coolest group on campus. For summer workouts, gear, and more rookie information, visit the recruit page!:)
