Too often we underestimate
the power of a touch,
a smile,
a kind word,
a listening ear,
an honest compliment or the
smallest act of caring, all of
which have the power to turn
a life around.

Volunteer Guardian make these decisions with the assistance of volunteer professionals individuals and social service agencies.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MUST BE AWAY FROM HOME?

No problem at all. Most wards are happily settled in their homes or in a care facility. Daily contact is not required. To be certain that decisions can be made even when the Guardian is unavailable, a "Power of Attorney" is arranged to allow availability of a substitute Guardian.
