Before submitting any photos, please place all of them in a folder labeled with your name!

From off-campus
E-mail your photos as attachments to photos.halcyon@gmail.com.

From an on-campus Mac
1. Connect to data-software using your Swarthmore login.

2. Mount the Organizations share and copy your pictures to Halcyon/Photos.

From an on-campus PC
If you're logged on to a public machine,
1. Open Windows Explorer and type \\data-software\Organizations\Halcyon\Photos. (screenshot)
2. After connecting with your Swarthmore login, copy your pictures into this folder.

If you're using a personal machine,
1. Open "My Network Places", then click on "Show entire network" and choose "Microsoft Windows Network".
2. Open "Garnet", then "data-software". (screenshot)
3. Mount the Organizations share and copy your pictures to Halcyon/Photos.

By campus mail
Burn a CD and send it to Stephanie Su '11 with your name and class year.
