Laws of the C-10 Trials

FIRST:

That every individual, once reaching C-10 status, must receive a fair and impartial C-10 trial in order to determine whether that individual:

is allowed to continue being re-cloned after death, up to ten more times, becoming a Beyonder in status only.
is allowed to continued being recloned after death, but also apprenticed into Beyonder society, eventually rising to Beyonder status.
is allowed only to finish out the present life before being deeceed.

SECOND:

That each C-10 trial shall be presided over by three Beyonders, who will review the evidence and decide upon one of the three verdicts above by unanimous decision.

THIRD:

That the evidence used to make this decision shall consist of the following:

CEESTATUS:
- If said individual is two factors above acceptable cee-status, thus becoming a HIGH CEE (cee-status number multiplied by sixteen is greater than said individual's age), then said individual shall most likely be deeceed.
- If said individual is one factor above cee-status (cee-status multiplied by eight is greater than said individual's age), then said individual most likely will not be able to partake of Beyonder apprenticeship.
- If cee-status is within acceptable levels, said individual is, based on this evidence only, eligible for both increased cee-status permission and Beyonder apprenticeship.
HOW SAID INDIVIDUAL LOST THE TEN PREVIOUS LIVES:
An individual who has died countless deaths in a random, haphazard and irrespectable manner, shall be looked upon with disfavor by the judges. No more than two of the ten reclonings can be a result of reckless deaths. Even two reckless reecees is enough to refuse said individual a Beyonder apprenticeship.
GENERAL RECORD:
An individual with a criminal record has no chance to become a Beyonder, and little chance to receive permission for further reclonings.
