Question:

What to Do with Religion When Eternal Life Becomes Feasible?

Answer:

Modify it.

Ruins of a religious building once inexplicably called
"Saint Patrick's Cathedral."

It was a gradual change, of course. If anyone would have told members of all the major B.C. (Before Cloning) religions that they would soon worship a sheep instead of a God, they would have burst out laughing.

It seems ridiculous, right?

I mean - a SHEEP. As in, "Baa! Baa!"

As a B.C.er, you're probably thinking, "give me a break. Can you get any more lame than that?"

But as a High Shepherd,
(our version of what you misguided people used to call "priests" or "rabbis")

it is my job to convince you otherwise; to make you see that the old ways
simply did not make sense as today's enlightened age was born.
So listen close
to my tale.
