Subject was apprehended after sending out illegal transmission threatening population control. After careful analysis, transmission was deleted.

Subject was recloned from cell-sample taken prior to accident. Cell-sampled clone was combined with brain-scan taken before accident. Subsequently, subject has been returned to work as assistant in Cloning Lab #86932 with no memory of accident or repercussions. Subject was assigned to work in area other than where aforementioned accident occurred. Furthermore, precautions have since been taken to ensure that any such accident will no longer be possible.

Re - Project: Asset to Community.
Project presently continues, but "ambition" has been eliminated from desired traits of subjects. From this point on, the Asset subset of the population (those recloned no matter their expressed wishes) will consist only of purely-average subjects with no inclination towards individuality.
