OK, current ideas:
- Exercise every day should help
- I'm taking Cod Liver Oil so I have enough unsaturated fat
- I'm taking lots of Vitamin C - a friend of mine said that people
should really be getting about 10,000 times US RDA of Vitamin C. email me
if you wanna know why.
- I think I'm going to get back on Avonex, but I'm not sure. I don't
see why it should hurt, but I have no proof that it doesn't.
- I try to eat well and get lots of fruits and veggies.
- just a little alcohol.
- as much LOVE as possible.
- I'm taking a multivitamin - Solgar's VM-75
- I am going to spend lots of time in the woods if I can.
