Each
game will be three innings long, flip a coin before game to decide
home/away.
Each
player must pitch at least one full inning of the game, UNLESS it is the
visiting team that loses (then there will be no bottom 3rd).
One
pitching substitution allowed per inning, given that rule #3 will be
satisfied.
Pitcher
gets seven pitches to warm up when he first enters the game.
It
the hit ball never gets past 459's doorway, it is foul.
If
the hit ball hits the wall before getting past the 459's doorway or the
electric outlet, it is foul.
If
the hit ball never gets past 457 and rolls back to foul territory, it is
foul.
If
the pitcher fields the ball before it hits the ground, it is out and no
runners advance.
If
the pitcher fields the ball after it only bounces once, it is out, but
runners advance.
If
the hit ball makes contact with anything other than the pitcher after the
pitcher makes initial contact, it is considered a fair ball, unless rule #6
applies.
If
the hit ball gets past 447, it is a double.
If
the hit ball gets into the 'couch zone', it is a triple.
If
the hit ball hits the wall on the end, it is a homerun.
If
the ball bounces on the ground once, and the pitcher fields it before it
gets into the fair zone, it is still an out, given that the ball has not hit
the wall or the ceiling. Once the ball hits the foul wall or the foul
ceiling, the play is dead.
If the player not pitching stops the hit ball
intentionally, a triple would be awarded.
