vegan waffles

Delicious, no-fat waffles. Make sure to oil your iron, though!

  • 1 banana
  • 1 C water
  • 1 C soy milk
  • 1.5 C flour (i use 1/2 C whole wheat + 1 C white)
  • 0.5 C rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 t nutmeg

Put in a blender, and blend. Do the banana & water first, then everything else. Voilą -- waffles!
