    There is already a Challenged Voter report that provides this information.  Is there something else that is needed?

needed:  for Primary election sometime in May
 
What they have to do is enter each TS voter at the ONE STOP Vote Center (Early as we know it) as Challenged and insert the voter id -  a 7 digit number - onto the Voter Access Card before they create it.
 
Essentially all voters are  challenged and each voter has a ballot with a serial number that can be identified and linked to them  -  so forget privacy- 
 
They accept all the challenged and then if they need to go back and reject a ballot that can be identified by the voter id
 
They need a report that gives voter id, ballot serial number, Vc id and which machine it was on to facilitate rejecting specific ballots during canvass

If this is not clear let me know and will try to explain in more depth -  it doesn't make sense to me but it is their law not mine.
