RE: 64k card challenge failing (was RE: Challenge Voter broken in new Voter Card DLL)

Ken,

Reverting back to the original Voter Card DLL allowed a 64k card to be programmed, voted, and viewed.

 

Going back to the newer Voter Card DLL also worked using only the 64K card.

 

Failing scenario :

(Using the 4k card and the newer Voter card DLL.)

 

When Poll Book error ..card program failed.. occurs with 4k card, ballot station will still process the failed 4k card.

Upon ending election and trying to view ballots or challenges Poll Book complains and issues internal error.

 

Guessing, out of sync error flags between apps.

Now this is another matter entirely, methinks.  Does it behave any differently with the previous DLL?

 

I can't reproduce this one.  Works fine here.  Does it work okay with 1k memory cards?  128k?  Did this ever work?
