Puberty & Sex Education
We divided the girls by age. The 10 and 11 year-olds talked about puberty. We started by listing changes in their bodies and then discussed habits that they might develop (ie. shaving). The 12 and 13 year-olds discussed HIV/AIDS and STIs. We also demonstrated different methods of protection. We answered questions in both groups.
