--HOUSING!!!???!!!
-first major decision is to talk to PAT JAMES before we try anything 
else.  We need Pat as our ally whether we have on campus housing or not  
-IF WE CANNOT GET ON CAMPUS HOUSING we could....
sublet the barn for $990 a month per unit (we would need two)
sublet a prof's house who is on vacation (Lauren has a lovely ad for the 
weekly news if to put out after we talk to pat)
use the ABC house
have a two week day camp with an overnight
pitch tents
-We are also looking to get the WRC to use as headquarters, especially 
if we don't get on campus housing--we were going to wait to email Paula 
Dale about that until our meeting with Pat

--MONEY
Elizabeth did some research online and basically conclueded that we need 
to get our $ through Swarthmore for a much easier life
Thus again, we need to meet with Pat James, and work 
through her to get $
-we need to check out application dates for grants
-someone suggested a Lang grant, but they are apparently hard to get

--BOOKS
we had fun nostalgia-ing about our favorite books (list not 
included--i'm getting lazy)
and considered reading level, interest in reading and thought about 
having a library, library time, but not making everyone read the same 
book.  also considering reading out loud
in this discussion we highlighted the importance of choice and not 
making the campers do anything they don't want to do which lead to a 
discussion of...

--INSURANCE/SAFETY CONCERNS
Sorelle is going to check out off campus insurance concerns if necessary
Becca knows all about safety/precautions we need to take, and will share 
more later i.e.
never be alone with a camper
hold harmless forms
med info forms
First Aid/CPR/Lifeguards ($ for certification)
background checks on us (another 93 bucks a pop)
allergy check
information meeting for the parents (inform them that we talk about sex)
protocol for what we do if we have too many girls

Karen Mazza wants drafts of the hold harmless and med info forms for 
after fall break
over break:
Becky said she'd work on a med info form
Sarah K, Sorelle, and Cadelba a hold harmless form
Sarah W. an initial letter for faculty and staff
