• Talk to Paula Dale (space) about housing
• Talk to Paula Dale (space) about using the WRC as a project base.
• Talk to Pat James about money issues
• Ask Pat James if it's ok to submit an early Swat Foundation Grant proposal so that we can know early on if we'll have money.
• find out more about faculty advisors/contact people
• start looking into grant stuff. Meaning how can we get money other than the swat foundation? Some thoughts: AAUW(Nancy McClay), Valentine Foundation.
• EVERYONE - we were going to all think about swarthmore and chester community based orgs that we know of.
• EVERYONE - also think about discussions you might like to have with the girls, curriculum, and general themes.
• oh, and great books with strong women in them that you know of!

From the meeting with Karen Mazza we also have...

• making a hold harmless form and medical release and info form first draft by the time we get back from fall break.
• meeting with Linda McDougal about food and if she's willing to donate meals (lunch?).
• a conversation about what to do if we get too many responses for kids to be in the program (Karen was so excited about it she thinks there will be lots of people and we'll need to cut some out!). some sort of 1st people to respond type thing where we keep good records. but we'll talk about it (maybe at the next meeting?).
• talking to Grant Smith from engin or to Facility Managment about using tools and building stuff (far future).
