Next week--meeting post thanksgiving to be at 10 pm, facilitated by

Strath Haven ends on Fri June 14, so we'll a start the camp on Monday 
June 17

the dates we will be there (that Ester is asking Paula Dale for Housing) 
are June 12-June 28, hopefully we can get some housing or some sort of 
unofficial housing for a few days earlier to set up. and looking for a 
discount

We'll hopefully get the IC as a base of ops. (ester is also email p. 
dale about that) and sleep over there sat june 22 to sun june 23

-Do we need more grants?
for this summer no, but for our continueing year long program (monthly 
meetings) adn next summer yes.
Eliz H is putting together a budget for montly meetings (transportation, 
food, activities, feild trips) which will include  next year's summer 
camp expenses,
Sarah K.  will look for grants and deadlines and we'll actually fill 
them out.
also, we need to talk to money guy something like Robspierre--maybe 
Sarah and Eliz can talk to the woman Pat said to talk to to contact him.

SO, things that we want to do before the end of the semester

Swat Donates Food (Sarah K, if you're busy this week, can you forward me 
any email you've had with Linda McD, and Sorelle and I will take over 
harassing her)

Housing, hopefully on campus--Ester is working on that

Funding--check with robspierre guy, work on next year with grants, make 
sure Swat will fund extra on campus housing (Eliz and Sarah K)

Check new/corrected med/hold harmless forms with Karen Mazaa (Becky, 
Liz, and Cadelba)


Also...
Start thinking about curriculum so we can have something definate to 
work on over winter break

Start Registration process...
Two step process--first preliminary letter with info and tear off form 
on bottom for more information/registration forms--will say date we give 
out registration forms and that we take first 16..  Give these out as 
soon as back from winter break (so have them drafted before hand) along 
with an ad in the faculty and staff newsletters.

OVer thanksgiving, talk to your families/employers about whether staying 
for the summer program with be possible.
