notes from meeting with pat nov 14

yay lots of funding--they will fund our living expenses (even if we go 
over 5 thou, if we can't find space to rent-barn is unlikely to sublet 
for only a month) and the program,
but we should still look for outside$ for any extras and to set up a 
channel of funds for next years.
