Welcome back!  Hopefully you all got here safely and are enjoying the

- Check in: Winter break!
- Continuing check in, if anyone did any comotion work over break you
should bring it to share.
- Preparing to send out the letter to faculty/staff, in this next week
hopefully.
- Setting a date for the info session (Bring your calendars!).

we have 2, 500 for living expenses--one month rent plus food etc. for 
pat's 5 people--perhaps we can budget more in if we can get free our 
cheap housing

add a little more about who we åre, our mission
info sessions for parents, give out registration form then, accept until 
(we need a date) and then randomly draw if we have more applicants than 
slots (are we doing quotas?  i.e. if we get many more staff apps than 
faculty are we still going for the same ratio ?), if absolutly can't 
make info seesions than contact us at comotion@... for info and 
registration form.

Sorry I forgot some stuff

Elizabeth is going to check with the bank about some form of 
account/joint account, send ok to Pat that she can put check in my name 
(I would prefer we set up an account though before we get the check)

Sorelle is going to talk to Meghna re: IC (and lisa about our class)

after we get our letter checked by Karen Mazza and do some info session 
brainstorming, we should meet with Pat to update her on our progress.
