we decided to tier stuff and figure out what to do next.  here are the
basic categories of stuff left to do.

registration stuff (needs to happen by march 1st) (tier 1)
- yes letter (liz)
- no letter (we'll decide later when we know if we need to say no)
- talk to pat about if we can have more girls if a few more sign up than
we have room for.  calculate how much more this will cost.  (eliz)
- questionare for girls.  rough draft by next week.  (cadelba)

stuff to do over e-mail, soon if possible
tier 1:
- confirm the IC (sorelle - we basically have it)
tier 2:
- space stuff - computer lab, pool, fields (addie)
- food - sharples lunches?  (sarah k.)

money stuff (tier 2)
eliz:
- when do we get money?
- can we have one or two more counselors (play up diversity bit)
- setting up an account so that we can get money

- $ for next year (grants) (sarah k.)

long term stuff
tier 2:
- checking about background check money (eliz)
- background checks (addie)
- CITs (i should e-mail them)
- CPR
- safety plan
tier 3:
- curriculum
