Present:  cadelba, addie, liz, liz, sarah c and k, ester, sorelle

Instead of lunch on Wednesday,
Over to the Barn for a 4:00 movie showing.
Possible disscussion about sex to follow.

Space-we can get time in the pool, IC woman says talk to her later.

meeting next week in sorelle and cadelba's room--don't forget your 
homemade gift.

assignments:

1.  initial letter (stef and addie)
2.  space, awaiting response from some about housing/discount--we need 
confirmation that we have the rooms (ester, please check out pool, IC, 
and computer lab)
3.  food (sarah k., also awaiting response, but perhaps another quick 
email as a reminder)
4.  other grants for next year (sarah k is checking out 
deadlines/printing out grants or giving us links so that we can see what 
needs doing)
5.  Elizabeth is going to check with pat to find out how much we 
actually got, and write up a budget for next years summer program 
(probably the same plus expenses for year long meetings)

If people dont have time to do these things before next meeting, please 
PLEASE PLEASE email all or me and sorelle and we'll get them done.

we need to organize what happens over break, thus we need things like 
assignments/grants to fill out etc.
