<basefont size=4>The fact that you've come to this webpage probably means that you already know me and don't need to be told that I'm a sophomore at <a href="http://www.swarthmore.edu"><img align="right" height=80 border="off" src="./swatlogo.gif" vspace=5></a><a href="http://www.swarthmore.edu">Swarthmore College</a>, majoring in Economics and Philosophy. <p>
You might also know that when I'm not studying I occupy my time in a variety of ways. I enjoy listening to many styles of music, but I've found that there are really only two sets of CD's I go to when I really want some great music. <p>At one end is J.S. Bach, the world's foremost contrapunctulist. <img align="left" width=151 height=201 src="./bach.gif" vspace=5 hspace=5> Lately, I've been enjoying Bach through <a href="http://www.sony.com">Sony's</a> recently remastered Glenn Gould renditions of the French Suites. Check out my Picks section for more information. <p> At the other end of the musical spectrum are the Rolling Stones, the world's greatest rock and roll band. <a href="http://www.stonesworld.com"><img align="right" width=168 height=192 border="off" src="./strip1.jpg" vspace=5 hspace=5></a> The Stones have just come off their new Voodoo Lounge tour, ending it with the release of their latest album, Stripped.<p> For more information about the Stones and other groups I listen to, check out the <a href="./music.html">Music </a>section of this homepage. When the page is finished, I'll have links to various other music pages, sound clips and photos. Look for it soon.<p>
But I could go on and on here about things that interest me- instead, use the buttons at the bottom of this screen to get information about more specific topics. I think the headings are self-explanatory, but there are a couple nice features that might interest you. In the <a href="./news.html">News</a> section, you can get the front page of the New York Times On-line. Also, in my <a href="./resume.html">Resume</a> section, click on my email address to send mail to me. <p>
