The first thing I'm doing is creating the GUI. Here's what needs to go in it (an X means that it's in):

• X Data format dropdown
• β
• i
• Period
• R_*
• X Data filename
• Save directory - maybe put this in a file-browser instead
• Image output format
• X Plot title
• X Plot axis labels
• X Plot range
• Number of bins for histogram
• T, R cutoffs
• X Plot colors
