To set-up a Group Distribution List

1. Press the "VOICE MAIL" button on your phone
2. Enter your password and press #
3. Your temporary password is 1 or 01 + your extension
4. Set-up your voice mail if you have not already
5. Press 4 for the "Personal Options" menu
6. Press 2 for the "Administrative Options" menu
7. Press 2 for the "Group Lists" menu
8. Press 1 and follow the instructions to create a group list
9. Remember the number you assigned to your specific list

To send a message to your Group Distribution List

1. Press the "VOICE MAIL" button on your phone
2. Enter your password and press #
3. Press 2 to Record a message to be sent and press # when finished
4. Enter the number you assigned for your group distribution list and press #
5. Press # to send your message
