What I Am Doing These Days

As of August 2006

I am living in Brooklyn, NY and working as a research analyst for a private investigation company in midtown Manhattan. Most of our work involves corporate risk management, legal due diligence and rooting out fraud and corruption in the construction industry. I haven't done any significant traveling in several years, but I'm hoping to change that soon.

Summer 2005

I'm back home with the 'rents in good old Chesapeake Country, aka Calvert County, MD. I'm a freelance writer for a progressive local paper, the Bay Weekly, and I help deliver the paper, too. I'm not too thrilled about being home, but at least it's giving me a chance to save money and decide whether I'm cut out for the writing life.

Fall 2004-Spring 2005

I am living in Swarthmore, PA, after having graduated from Swarthmore College in spring 2004. I reside in the infamous Yale House, with my girlfriend and four other housemates, and a cat named Una. I work and volunteer as an Emergency Medical Technician, and sometimes I work as a bartender. I'm in my second year of studying Chinese, I like to cook and eat and travel, and I'm trying to figure out where the heck to go from here.

I like to travel:
