3. Having a defined position in the chaotic scheme of things is important because people love to feel important. If you make others feel important (i.e. listen to them and go "uh-huh," or "I agree" or "you are too cool") they will love you for life (it has worked for me, I do not lie).

4. But in our hearts, we are all good people. Some of us are just more confused than others.
