Friends

Friends come and go, although some do stay. Some are silver and others are gold. Then there are those friends who are genuine, rare diamonds, friends like Desiree (friends for 11 years) who stick by you in your good times and bad times and who endure your bad moods with a wry smile (well, most of the time). I am not always a nice person, not even to my friends who I truly treasure. I can be very blunt with them and rather critical. Indeed, I have had a disagreement with almost all of my friends(Desiree can testify to several :)) over something they or I did. Yet, most of the friends I really cherish are the ones that are still my friends even after huge arguments (three cheers to Desiree, Moliehi and Camille). Believe me, being my friend isn't very easy or always fun so my closest friends deserve special mention. I must give all due respect and love to Desiree Cole, Harriette Williams, Evita Scott, Angella Hanciles, Mirabelle Luke, William Lewis, Abimbola Carrol, Faith Onwuka, Abubakarr Bah, Moliehi Pefole, Bubu Banini, Camille-Kay Hall, Kaysha Corinealdi, Imo Akpan, Natalie Graham, and Nii A. Addy. I have shared so much of my life with these wonderful people who definitely know a lot about me(I trust that they will keep some information to themselves). Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of all of them but surely time will rectify this error.
