my rationale:

Jupiter is possessed of a gigantic bullet shape magnetosphere, which, at times, Saturn even enters.

Io, the closest of the Gallilean Moons, is the most volcanic object in the solar system.

the volcanic flows on Io are mega conductive.

you've got a conductor moving through a magnetic field and - a radio source is born!

hence, my attempt to build a radio telescope to observe the decameter (10-20 Mhz) radiation from Jupiter
