Welcome to the Classes Feedback Forum at Swarthmore College

The purpose of this web page is to function as a clearinghouse for information on classes at Swarthmore College. It's a more organized version of the word-of-mouth stuff we all do when we're looking for classes. The hope is that this web page will reduce your dependence (and mine) on that one friend of a friend who knows someone who took the course you really want to take; also, we hope that by posting a variety of opinions and views it'll be easier to find courses which suit you, rather than courses which suit your friends. Its success is dependent on you. The more people contribute their opinions, the better it works for everyone. If you have any questions, comments, suggestions, and so on, feel free to email us.

There are currently posted class reviews in all three divisions. I've had some trouble when people used IE to submit reviews, so for now I'm asking you to use Netscape (or some other browser - Lynx seems to work) for that part, though no other parts, unless you know that your IE/Outlook will submit forms properly. There will be a CGI script to process the forms running soon (thank you!), so this is just a temporary situation. Please review more classes; if you've been doing so, it's very much appreciated.

Review a class!

it occurred to us that you might want to know that this is not an official Swarthmore College or Swarthmore College Computing Society web page, and that many of the images are from the Swarthmore College web site. it was created and is maintained by students. the student authors are not responsible for the opinions expressed by students in their course reviews, which are the students', not ours. this page was launched on 8 June 2000, and was last updated on 12 December 2000.
