Pauline Allen

Pauline Allen has held this ecumenical chaplaincy since 1992. She is a member of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) with an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a graduate degree from Harvard. Stewards

Stewards are students who volunteer two semesters of their time to help coordinate SPC activities. They meet in Pauline's office biweekly to plan activities for the group as well as to manage the group's budget. During each semester, there are normally two stewards, and their terms overlap by one semester. This way, in each semester there is one new steward and one veteran. The lucky stewards whose terms cover an entire school year get to be the official SPC treasurer, while the other steward takes care of e-mails, updating the web page, and other tasks.
