The Swarthmore Nationals tournament staff recorded four of the outrounds that took place on Sunday morning and afternoon, and have since digitized them and uploaded them to our Nats website. The files are in Windows Media Video (.wmv) format, and have additionally been compressed inside a .zip file to save space on the server. There are points in all four of the videos where numerous visual artifacts crop up, and in several places there is no audio, either. We regret that these flaws are present, but as they exist on the source tapes as well and are not a result of the digitizing process, there is nothing that we can do to correct them now.

The movie files that have been put online are between 25-30 mb uncompressed; the original copies of all four movies have substantially improved video and audio quality and run between 120-160 mb each. In mid-April we uploaded a high-quality version of each outround for two days apiece over eight days total. Although we do not have enough server space to keep the large versions of the movies permanently online, in the fall we will provide the APDA board with a cd of all four movies if you should wish to obtain a copy of them.
