APDA Nationals 2004 at Swarthmore College

Qualified Teams

Here are the teams currently qualified to compete at the 2004 APDA Nationals at Swarthmore College. This page will be periodically updated throughout the year as more teams qual. The requirements for qualifying for APDA's National Debate Tournament can be found in Section 5.09.C of APDA's bylaws.

At the Fordham APDA meeting in December 2003, a resolution was passed allowing those who reached 15 TOTY points (approximately the equivalent of reaching the semifinal round of three medium-sized sanctioned tournaments) to also earn a seed and qualify for Nationals. Even though this resolution still does not yet appear in the official APDA Bylaws, it will nonetheless be respected at Swarthmore Nationals 2004. A semis tracker is being maintained at the bottom of this page.
